I know you have heard the saying A journey starts by taking the first step. This is especially so in terms of reaching your goals. Some of us don't reach our goals because we have become perfect liars to ourselves. You know the things we tell ourselves like "I'll start my diet tomorrow" "If I don't say anything it's not the same as lying" "I'm too sleepy to work on my business today I will start tomorrow after I finish my 9 to 5job that makes me soooo tired! If this sounds a little like you this is what I want you to do.
1. Be clear about what you really want in life.
2. Why do you want it. (This is the real key of your success)
3.On one sheet of paper write down your goals that you would like to accomplish for the week. (if this is difficult for you only write down one goal for the week)
4. On another sheet of paper write down your why! Read your why every morning and evening.
5. Finish your goal before the end of the week.!!!
